This place is a scam. I went to the store to purchase some items for mothers day and they were sold out. I was gonna head to a different place but the employee suggested I try their website. I give it a try and find what I'm looking for. I purchase the items with expedited shipping, I still had a week before mothers day so I wasn't overly concerned. And their estimated delivery date said the 7th so I think everything is cool. Mothers day was yesterday and no gifts. I check the tracking and it's still sitting in the same place it was when I bought it 10 days ago. So I call customer service to cancel the order and refund my money only to be told the items were shipped already. I check again while the agent is on the phone and the item still hadn't moved. I tell her this and she proceeds to tell me a bunch of lies and hangs up on me. Never again will they get my money. And I will advise other people against going there.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Tiffany and Jasmine are spoiled little brats and should be fired. You never get transferred to a customer service manager, they just put you on hold.
We paid for expedited shipping to get the ring in time, but they fail to tell people that the processing time before the ring ships expeditiously could be near two weeks! I will NEVER do any business with Kay Jewelers or Signet Jewelers again.

I purchased a set of small diamond earrings from Kay Jewelers for my wife for Mother's Day a couple of weeks ago. My wife informed me just a couple of days ago...today being the 2nd of June...that a back came off one of her earrings without her knowing it and the earring also ended up being lost without her knowing it. I contacted Kay's Jewelers and they refused to replace the earrings nor refund the money I spent. I stated the earring that fell off was inferior and defective I deserve attention to this matter. They refused. So now my wife does not have a Mother's Day present and I have spent money on a product that I believed was good quality but wasn't. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend Kay Jewelers to anyone!
My husband had a custom necklace made for Mother’s Day, not only didn’t it take 45 days to get to me, but the chain was way to small and he knows he selected an appropriate size. The packing slip states you can make exchanges or returns to any store, so we went to a local store and tried! The sales rep stated all custom jewelry comes with 18” chains and they could not be exchanged and I can purchase another. I mean I would be a fool to purchase something else when they couldn’t honor the policy I had in hand! So I had to buy a chain from Walmart to wear my pendant. I ended up calling corporate about it. The lady let me speak and when I stopped she was still silent. Turns out she wasn’t even listening. Then she tells me, there is nothing they can do that’s their policy to not make any exchanges on custom jewelry and that was it. I will absolutely not ever consider them for nothing. They are a sorry establishment with unprofessional service

Only leaving one start so that I can post my experience with this Kay Jewelers location..(Hanes Mall, Winston Salem NC)
Disappointed is a complete understatement..
My boyfriend purchased me a bracelet for Valentines Day 2021, I wore the bracelet to eat on Valentines night for only about 2-3 hours..then wore the bracelet on one other occasion for only a couple hours the bracelet fell apart in the middle (completely broke). We went back into the store in Winston Salem spoke with an associate named Abbey, my boyfriend asked if he was able to just get a refund Abbey proceeded to tell us that we could not get a refund but that we could either exchange it for a new one or use the store credit for something else in store. We agreed to let her order a new one and we would give it another try.. fast forward a week later they call the new bracelet has came in and is ready for pick up..we picked it up didn't think to open the box and look at it right then and there because it's supposed to be "brand new". (we were also never given new paper work to show that we had already had to return and receive a new bracelet which we thought was a little weird) The next morning I opened the box to wear the bracelet that day to only realize that it was already missing a diamond. We go back into the store on 3/14/2021 this time to begin with we spoke with Mike (assistant manager at this location) and explained what was going on and that this time we wanted a complete refund. Mike looks at the bracelet and says "what's wrong with it? So I showed him the missing diamond, he questioned Abbey about when we had picked it up she replied that we were just in there the day before to pick up the new one..then she proceeds to say that "the other store shipped it to us that way" (so she knew and had seen that the bracelet was missing a diamond but let us take it home with us the day before.. I'm telling you #1 employee right here) We were then told by Abbey and Mike that it was 2 days passed the return policy date for a refund.. I proceeded to explain that we had been in there two weeks prior and that Abbey had told us we COULD NOT get a refund at all only exchange or buy something else in store. Abbey then said "I never told you that, I offered you a refund" and I continued to argue that she in fact had told us NO REFUND and the other guy in store the initial day we went in was there also and agreed that we were not offered a refund. Abbey then said "well he's the assistant manager so I guess he can make the final call, but I'm sure you will not receive a FULL refund". Mike then said "lets see what we can do here" he and Abbey proceed to try and do the refund which I suppose went through and then Mike said "well we can't issue a refund because we don't have cash in the drawer" like what?? So I asked if there was another way to received a refund and he said "well we can issue a check that has to come from the cooperate office but I have no idea when you'll receive it" we agreed for the check refund. He asked for a mailing address and printed a receipt, had my boyfriend to sign for the refund amount etc. I then ask him what his name was and he replied with Mike then I asked what the girls name was and he replied Abbey and I asked to borrow a pen he then flicked it across the counter to me and said "yeah make sure you write that down, and when you call make sure that you tell them how nice we were". Mike also would not provide me with a cooperate office number or a number for someone higher up than he is. Mike also made a comment on a necklace my boyfriend was wearing and said "yeah you have a big Jesus on your necklace to" what that was suppose to mean we still are not sure but take that how you'd like. Mike nor Abbey should be working with the public in my opinion. So because my boyfriend and I were tired of having issues with a bracelet that he paid right at $600 for this is how poorly we were treated and talked to at this location. Very very disappointed that we were treated this way. In conclusion all of this could have been avoided if Abbey had not refused a refund in the first place. So now the waiting game to see if we ever receive the check in the mail from the cooperate office.
We will not recommend anyone to this location/store.
If you choose to go here I would avoid Abbey and Mike, maybe your experience will be better than ours.
On January 15th I went inside Kay Jewelers in Atlanta Georgia to pick up some rings during my visit there the young lady was very rude she snatched my receipt out of my hand and told me that I would have to come back and pick up my items which I did not do. I contacted Kay Jewelers corporate office on the same date January 15th and I have yet to hear from a district manager a manager of the store or anybody in corporate this is the worst customer service I will not be doing any more business with Kay's Jewelers I will take my money elsewhere.
Bought a bracelet online. Expected delivery February 8th. Ordered February 3rd. Called multiple times there online orders and store orders are not in sync and have no way of knowing if items are coming in.
Asked them to cancel the order because it's now late, nope I have drive down to the store sign for it and "return" it. I like the products and have purchased before. After this experience if Kay's ever goes out of business...I think I know why.
Will not be buying from here ever again. Also when I called customer care the first question was if this was for Jared's or Kay's. Won't be going to either.
My Dad took his watch in to Kay Jewelers for a battery. The girl behind the counter made a big show of putting a battery in. She pretended to open a new battery, and put it in. Then she said it's not working so it must not have been the battery. We can send it off for repairs for $100.00. He declined and she didn't charge him for the battery. This watch was a gift from my Mother to my Dad. We lost her June 6,2020, the watch means a lot to my Dad. My husband and I took it to White Jewelers and they put a battery in and it is working fine. My Dad was so happy. His grief has been overwhelming, and it makes me furious that someone would try to take advantage of him!
Bought a ring for my wife with diamond clusters. The sale person told me it would be a good idea to buy the life time warranty in case if any of the diamonds fell out they would replace them had to take it back when a small diamond fell they replace it 6 months later another fell out they wouldn't replace it because they say you have to bring in your ring every three months for them to fix it. I will never buy anything from kays again.

If i could give it -100 stars I would, this is the worse place to order from. No one seems to care that I placed an order and OAID for a ring A MONTH AGO! And I have no RING STILl! & no refund and no resolution. Would never recommend them.
BUYER BEWARE... totally disappointed with the purchase I made on-line. The ring looks nothing like the picture on line. I had the ring personalized and the lettering is extremely tiny and not noticeable on the ring. The ring band is very thin which doesn't appear that way on line. VERY DISAPPOINTED! My review rating for this product is ZERO; but since that option isn't available I have no choice but to give it a one star rating.
I ordered personalized birthstone earring studs that cost over a $100 and when I received them you CANNOT see the personalization on them unless you have a magnifying glass. They are NOTHING as ADVERTISED. Also there is no way to leave a review for the items purchased by customers. The Chat personnel will mislead you through the steps to do so but they are not actuate.
